HOW CAN I REGISTER AT GIBIU.NET?

Register by clicking the link, 'REGISTER'. Customers have to send us 'Seller's Permit or Business License' in register processing. Please be advised that some states and international businesses will not have 'Seller's Permit'. If you do not have requested documents, you can also submit an application using your State Certification and/or Federal Tax ID (EIN). 

 

I ALREADY REGISTERED BUT I STILL CANNOT ACCESS GIBIU.NET

After submitted your application and requested documents, GIBIU needs to review your information for verification purposes. This procedure usually takes 1-2 business days. After verifying your information, we will grant you access to gibiu.net You will receive an email with your log-in credentials. If you have not been granted access within 3 business days, please contact us at (213) 326-0358 or gibiufs@gmail.com  

 

WHY IS VERIFICATION NEEDED FOR ACCESS?

gibiu.net is a wholesale online store. verification is necessary to confirm that merchandise is purchased for resale only. 

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

Shipping & handling costs are determined by the weight of your order and your shipping destination. 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship with UPS which will allow you to ship anywhere around the world. If you want to use other shipping company, you have to provide us detailed shipping information.   

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

·To file any damages or claims, please email gibiufs@gmail.com

·To process the claim, return, or damage, please provide us the following: Company Name, Invoice Numbers, Style Numbers, Size and Colors, Quantities, Reason for return, Photos of Defects or Issues)

·We do not accept any returns unless they are visibly damaged within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise.

·All items returned for store credit must be in the original package with all items included. 

·We will not accept any incomplete packages returned to us. (Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags still attached)

·Refunds will not be issued for damaged or return claims. ONLY STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED

·Shipping and handling are non-refundable which also includes all refused and unaccepted packages.

·If cancellations are necessary, it must be by written request to us.
